Installation of Melt Pump
The extruder melt pump is a high-precision volumetric conveying device connected in series between the extruder and the machine head. Its core function is to pressurize, stabilize and accurately measure the polymer melt. It is a key industrial equipment for improving the stability and product quality of the extrusion production line.
Core working principle
It belongs to the positive displacement conveying equipment, mainly composed of pump casing, driving gear, driven gear, sliding bearing and other components. It relies on the mutual meshing of the main and driven gears to change the working volume and transport the melt.

Gear meshing extrudes the melt and discharges it to the outlet pipeline, achieving stable pressurized transportation. The output flow rate is strictly proportional to the pump speed and is not affected by fluctuations in feed pressure.
